Vertical multistage centrifugal pump contains several series, such as BL(T)2, BL(T)4, BL(T)8, BL(T)16, BL(T)20, BL(T)32, BL(T)45 as well as BL(T)90 series, and is manufactured using progressive technology in the world. These products are non-self priming type, and the standard vertical motor and mechanical seal are adopted.

Features
The hydraulic model and advanced technique enhance the performance to a large extent, and the service life is also prolonged. The overflowing part is produced by stamping and welding the stainless steel plate, so light corrosive liquid is suitable for this machine. Meanwhile, the mechanical seal is made of hard alloy and fluororubber, thus the reliable operation is guaranteed, and the liquid with high temperature is also applicable. Depending on the compact design, small size, light weight, low noise, high efficiency, reliable quality, easy maintenance, wide application range and excellent energy saving performance, this centrifugal pump is widely accepted on the market.

On the other hand, the inlet and outlet are in the same line with the pump base which can be directly used in the pipeline, and customer can allocate the motor according to the specific condition. The intelligent protector is also supplied, and it can avoid dry running, default phase and over loading problems. Under the condition that the mechanical seal runs out, there is no need to disassemble the motor from the entire machine, because the replacement just requires taking the coupling out and disassembling the gland of the mechanical seal. As a result, the sealing reliability is guaranteed, and the concentricity between motor shaft and pump spindle is also maintained.

Performance Curve and Main Technical Parameter
All the performance curves below are based on the measured values when a motor works under the voltage of 380V at a constant speed of 2900r/min, and the measurement is carried out in 20℃ air-free water whose viscosity is 1mm2/s. The operation should refer to the performance range marked in green in order to avoid damages caused by overload. In addition, the capability of flow and head conforms to ISO9001.

4. Pumped liquid characteristics: Thin and clean liquid without solid particle or fiber, and the liquid should be non-flammable and non-explosive. Mineral water, softened water, pure water, edible vegetable oil and other light chemical mediums are also applicable.
In addition, when the density or viscosity of the pumped medium exceeds that of water, it is necessary to select a driving motor of high power.

4. Water treatment (water purification): Ultra-filtration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, water treatment system for separator and swimming pool.
5. Irrigation: irrigating for crops, spray irrigation and drop irrigation.
