Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is produced using advanced technology in the world. It is non-self priming, and can be divided into two types which are sectional type and cylinder type. Horizontal motor and mechanical seal are used. Based on the high efficiency, reliable quality, wide application range and energy saving performance, our product is very popular in the world.
Features
1. The hydraulic model and progressive technique greatly improve the performance and prolong the service life of our centrifugal pump.
2. The raw materials for mechanical seal are hard alloy and fluororubber, and these materials ensure the reliable operation and make the high temperature liquid suitable for this machine.
3. The overflowing part is made through the stamping and welding process of stainless steel plate (304), so light corrosive liquid is also applicable.
4. Intelligent protector is used to prevent dry running, default phase and over loading problems.
5. The motor has a lengthened shaft, axial water inlet and radial water outlet.
Performance Curve
All the performance curves are based on the measured values when a motor works under the voltage of 380V at a constant speed of 2900r/min, and the measurement is carried out in 20℃ air-free water of which viscosity is 1mm2/s. The operation of pump shall refer to the performance range marked in green curve so as to avoid damages caused by over-load. In addition, the capability of flow and head conforms to ISO9001.
Working Condition
1. Liquid temperature range: Normal type 0℃~68℃, hot water type 0℃~120℃
2. Maximum ambient temperature: +40℃
3. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar
4. Liquid characteristics: Thin and clean liquid without solid particle or fiber, and it should be non-flammable and non-explosive. Mineral water, softened water, pure water, edible vegetable oil and other light chemical mediums are suitable for this pump.
Note: When the density or viscosity of the transmission medium exceeds that of water, it is necessary to select a driving motor of high-power.
