4ST(m) 4" deep well pump consists of two parts, submersible pump and single/three phase oil filled submersible motor. Our product features small-medium flow and high head, and the floating type impeller is used which can effectively avoid blocking problem caused by sand or mud. The single phase motor meets the NEMA standard, and it is filled with food grade white machinery oil. Also, it is very convenient to disassembly this motor. The stainless steel casing, plastic impeller and other overflowing components are anti-rust. In addition, the outlet and connecting parts are made of cast iron, and the shaft is made of 40Cr.
This pump shows excellent performance due to the ensured technical data. The submersion depth can reach up to 70 meters, and the maximum outer diameter is 98mm. On the other hand, the flow and head ranges are 2~10m3/h and 20~150m, respectively, and the outlet diameter is G1.5. The control box, external capacitor and external thermal protector are all applied as well, and the seat is 4 inches.
Based on the properties above, our pump is used for production and daily life, such as water lifting from deep well, pressurized water supply for high place, sprinkling irrigation for garden and agriculture, etc.
Working Conditions
1. The voltage and frequency of power supply should meet the requirements on the nameplate, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10%.
2. Submersion depth range: 5~70 meters
3. Sufficient water should be supplied.
4. Pumped medium: Clean water. Its temperature should be lower than 40℃, and the PH value should be within the range of 6.5~8.5. The volume content of the solid impurities is not higher than 0.1%, and the granularity is lower than 0.2mm.
Motor
Oil filled submersible motor is adopted by this pump, the frequency is 60Hz, and the power range is 0.37~2.2kW. The single phase voltage is 110V/220V, and the three phase voltage is 220V/380V.
