WQ(D)-B submersible sewage pump contains three parts, motor, water pump and sealing parts. The motor is single or three phase asynchronous type, and it is set on the top of the water pump which has channel impeller-volute structure. On the other hand, mechanical seal and framework oil seal are used as the motive seal between motor and water pump, and the oil resistant rubber O ring is the static seal for rabbet. So, the excellent reliability is guaranteed.
This pump is the second generation, and it is improved on the basis of the first generation. It shows the advantages of better appearance, more reasonable structure, easier assembly and disassembly as well as better performance in energy saving. For the models owning rated power of less than 2.2kW, the rotor shaft is made of stainless steel, and for the other models, the rotor shaft is produced through friction welding process of CS45# and stainless steel 316. In this way, the shaft possesses reliable mechanical strength as well as good abrasion and corrosion resisting properties, and the disassembly and maintenance of impeller are also very convenient.

The pumped liquid is allowed to include mud, sand, short fiber, paper scrap and other solid particles and soft solids. So, mud water, grey water, sewage, excrement, domestic wastewater and other liquids are all suitable for this machine. Our pump is the perfect product for construction site, desilting of pool as well as irrigation and drainage in agriculture, and it is also applicable for industry, agriculture, mine, environment protection, etc. But, it is not suitable for places that have anti-explosion requirements.
Working Conditions
Our machine can work normally and continually if the following requirements are met.
1. Medium temperature: Not over +40℃
2. PH range of medium: 4~10
3. Max. density of medium: 1.2×103kg/m3
4. Voltage fluctuation range: 10% of rated voltage
5. Submersion depth: ≤5 meters
